ANDREW SIMMS


One-man band Andrew Simms plays guitar, congas, and is a singer and percussionist. He uses the latest technology to create a full band sound and sets the mood with expert lighting. Andrew's professional approach to achieving top musical entertainment for presentations, award ceremonies, product launches, general business functions, wedding receptions and galas has made him a hit locally and internationally.

His vast repertoire ranges from the latest pop, to reggae, jazz, African favorites, Kwaito and even Boere-musiek. He has worked at many well-known pubs throughout South Africa such as Gold Reef City, Sandton Sun, Johannesburg Sun, Cape Sun, The Coachman's Inn, Wings at Lanseria Airport and the Floating Restaurant on Hartebeespoort Dam.

Andrew focuses on corporate events and has performed many times at South African Breweries functions in Johannesburg H/O, Isando and Denver and is regularly booked by Altech.
